We understand that relocating can be stressful, which is why we’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help answer any questions you may have about our accommodations and services.

We offer a large variety of unit types which include: Apartments, Houses, Town Homes, Duplexes, Triplexes and Condominiums,

Each unit is different in it’s amenities, design and features. But we have a few standard amenities that you can expect from each Royal Blue unit. Those amenities include: Wifi, parking, and fully furnished units.

Check in: Our check in process is simple. Once your unit is fully booked, you will receive an electric door code or access to a lock box where you will receive your keys to check in. 

Check out: Prior to checking out, you’ll want to return the unit as close to the condition it was when you first checked in. That would make the process much smoother for our cleaners and the next guest.

To make a reservation, the first step is to submit your rental request by entering your info in the check availability section of the home page. Once completed, the next step is to submit your rental application. From there, you’ll submit your deposit and start your rental subscription.

To cancel your booking we just need a one week notice. Once your notice is provided we will inspect your unit then return your security deposit.
